Following Recital 24 to assess monitoring, it is required to ascertain whether natural persons are tracked on the internet, including potential subsequent Profiling, to take decisions concerning them. `Profiling is defined in Art. 4 (4) of the GDPR and analysed on the EDPB Guidelines on Automated individual decision-making and Profiling.
